Our Medbots (computer-personalities) can have different video for each unique personality. The Medbot could be a Doctor, Nurse, or even physical therapist on the question being answered. During instructions and movies the client can talk (type if using Short Message Service "SMS") to the Medbot. The Medbot will seem to be a live web cam chat. At times the Medbot video could be paused in a natural manner. The Medbot would stop naturally as if listening to a question in a web cam type of video. This creates the illusion that you are really at a Doctors office and posing questions to the Doctor. This can answer the standard questions that patients ask all the time, that burn up so much of the doctor’s time.

Remote Teli-presence does NOT have to be limited to a One-shot visit. With computers and our AI, it can be a constant resource for the patient 24/7.

Medbot can be Multi lingual.
During instructions and movies the patient can talk (type) to the Medbot. The movie might seem live, but the movie would be paused as if a real human was instructing how to clean the area from the surgery. It would stop as they were asking questions. This creates the illusion like you are really there at a Doctors office and asked something of the Doctor or nurse. It would resume when appropriate from that Key frame area.

Profile building is constant with Medbot. Data Mining to customize follow up emails to personalize all interaction with the end user is unprecedented. It allows additions and changes on the fly.
It saves logs for changes and data mining.
It has the ability to alert a human operator to handle when MedBot does not know something. Later that information or logs can be woven into the MedBots database for the future.
HELPERs cyber-personalities. Example: The client has been interacting with a Nursebot. The human asks a question that the Nursebot would NOT know. The Nursebot could say. “Hold on <customers name> Dr Tom < MedBot > should answer that”. This would pass control over to that expert MedBot in a very seamless way.
Pre visit and post visit. What will happen or look like or expect after the procedure. What about day one, first week to first month. What should I expect etc
Can also be proactive. I.e. calling and reminding them or follow up questions.

Technology
Each of our MCF database servers can presently handle up to 3,000 clients simultaneously per low cost retail computer. A single T-1 connection can allow 63,000 users at the same time. Our robust scaleable system can, if needed, be scaled up to serve simultaneously ten million (10,000,000) clients.
